Office Maintenance Specialist

Spotware Systems is looking for an Office Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The new hire will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our office space and ensuring a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Facility Maintenance: Inspecting and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of office equipment and facilities, including common areas and the storage room.
• Supplies Management: Keeping track of office supplies and equipment. Ordering replacements or additional items as necessary to ensure the office is well-stocked and operational.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaising with service providers and vendors for scheduling appointments, comparing offers and ensuring services are completed to our standards.
• Technical Support: Performing minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, and repairing broken furniture. Providing technical support for office equipment, such as printers and computers.
• Space Organization: Assisting with setting up and breaking down furniture and equipment for office events and meetings, as well as planning and organizing the office space to optimize the use of space.
• Reporting: Keeping detailed records of maintenance activities and expenses for budgeting and reporting purposes. 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Office Maintenance. 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Knowledge of basic repair and maintenance tasks.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
• Knowledge of English B2+.
• Fluency in Russian or Greek language is a plus.
