Head of Customer Success

Spotware Systems is on the lookout for an experienced Head of Customer Success to lead our customer success team. This pivotal role involves directing the customer success team, nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering client growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who is deeply committed to customer success and has a proven track record of achieving tangible results.

Responsibilities:

Guiding the customer success team in fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Creating and implementing robust customer success management strategies that not only retain clients but also expand their cooperation with the company.

Developing and enforcing optimal practices for client interaction, customer success management, and service excellence.

Keeping tabs on customer health metrics, devising strategies to tackle any issues, and ensuring customer retention.

Conducting regular review sessions and business planning with clients to understand their needs better and strengthen relationships.

Providing clients with expert advice and support, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products and services.

Acting as the senior contact for key clients, establishing strong, enduring relationships.

Collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment across departments that enhances client success.

Preparing and presenting detailed reports on client status, challenges, and opportunities to the senior management team.
 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree would be an advantage.

5+ years of experience in B2B account management, customer success management or a related field, including significant leadership experience.

Strong understanding of Technology and the FX industry, including the unique challenges and opportunities it presents.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage and enhance client relationships in a competitive environment.

Highly analytical and problem-solving mindset with a strategic approach to achieving business goals.

Proven capability to lead and inspire a team towards excelling in their roles.

Fluent English.
