Client Relationship Manager (Chinese or Japanese)

Spotware Systems Ltd is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining strong client connections, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction. Client Relationship Manager is pivotal in driving revenue growth and fostering loyalty.

Responsibilities:

• Building relationships with the company's clients.
• Executing the on-boarding of new clients.
• Collaborating with internal teams to address clients’ business needs.
• Ensuring both the company and clients adhere to contract terms.
• Advising clients on creating profitable processes.
• Promoting new features and add-ons to existing clients.
• Updating clients’ integration status in the database.

Requirements: 

• University degree.
• 2+ years of experience in the customer success field.
• Experience of working in the finance sector.
• Experience in dealing with trading platforms.
• Fluent in at least one of the following languages: Chinese or Japanese.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
