Head of Sales

Spotware Systems is searching for a driven, energetic and experienced Head of Sales with a proven track record delivering growth in revenue and margin to join our highly motivated team in Limassol. 
As our Head of Sales, your main responsibility will be to drive our business success by implementing a solid and sustainable sales strategy. Your and your team's main goal will be to turn leads and prospects into paid users. 

Requirements:

  • 4 years of experience working as a Sales Director or similar role
  • 8+ years of experience in doing sales
  • Proven record of successful B2B sales experience
  • Good knowledge of the industry
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in Account-Based Marketing 

Responsibilities:

  • Build a Successful Sales team
  • Manage Country Sales managers
  • Develop effective SRD/pre-sales Unit 
  • Oversee Customer success managers 
  • Set up sales projections
  • Set up sales budgets
  • Analyze current sales strategy and suggest solutions for improvement
  • Identify process bottlenecks
  • Work closely with Business Development and Marketing team to ensure the efficiency
  • Identify most important sales KPIs
  • Track and monitor Sales department work
  • Prepare and present reports when needed
  • Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices
  • Create a Collaborative Sales Culture
