cTrader introduces the cTrader creator programme, a new initiative built to develop long-term partnerships with creators working in AI, coding, technology and trading.
Open call: freedom to experiment with AI
The programme starts with a one-month YouTube open call focused on AI in trading. Participants are invited to make original videos showing how they put AI to work in real scenarios. There's no fixed format to follow – this is for creators who want to take their own approach. Whether that means a tutorial, an experiment, a technical walkthrough or a hands-on demonstration is up to them, and so is the voice and style they bring to it.
Once a video gets approved, it goes live through YouTube's collaboration feature, showing up on both the creator's channel and cTrader's at the same time and giving it exposure to cTrader's global YouTube community of more than 220,000 subscribers.
Exploring AI with cTrader
The focus is on two cTrader solutions that empower AI-assisted trading:
cTrader MCP servers (local and remote) let traders connect popular AI apps such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Windsurf, Gemini CLI and GitHub Copilot to cTrader, then interact with the platform using natural-language requests. Depending on the setup, an AI agent can manage orders and positions, access account and market data and analyse charts and indicators. With Local MCP, it can also handle workspace UI tasks such as opening symbols and charts, changing timeframes and managing chart objects, layouts, watchlists and alerts.
cTrader CLI is a lightweight application that brings cTrader directly to the terminal, without the need for a graphical interface or the desktop app. Paired with an AI agent, it lets traders use natural-language requests to work with trading and market data, manage trades and run or test cBots.
Creators don't need to be professional traders to take part. The call is just as open to AI, LLM, coding and technology contributors who want to put their ideas to the test on real tasks.
This is just the beginning
This open call marks the start of the cTrader creator programme, not a one-off campaign. More formats, themes and collaboration opportunities will follow – stay tuned!
Applications for the first YouTube open call will be accepted until 30 September 2026.
