Business Development Manager (Indonesian native speaker) — Relocation to Cyprus (EU)

Spotware Systems is looking for a Business Development Manager (Asia) to join our Sales team. This role is designed for a native Indonesian speaker who will be relocated to Cyprus (European Union).

The Business Development Manager is responsible for prospecting sales and qualifying leads for new and existing accounts. The new hire will be part of the Sales team and needs to be naturally curious, experienced, results-driven, and eager to bring our product/services to new markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Contacting and qualifying leads via phone or email.
  • Connecting with as many leads as possible to encourage the purchase of the company’s products and services using both company and personal channels.
  • Managing current accounts and creating brand awareness, educational opportunities, and referrals.
  • Coordinating in-person meetings and calls between clients and the company.
  • Answering calls and emails from clients, identifying issues, and making suggestions for future or new products or services.

Requirements

  • Experience in the Financial Industry (B2B) or Tech Providers.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Experience with CRM software or Trading Platforms.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts).
  • Ability to travel if required (industry events/expos) and represent Spotware Systems.
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
