cTrader Store is turning a thriving catalogue of trading tools into a buyer-centric growth engine. We need a marketer who thinks like a product manager—someone who can design self-reinforcing loops, personalize every touchpoint and turn first-time visitors into lifelong, high-LTV customers.

Requirements

● Solid experience in B2C growth or lifecycle marketing for SaaS, fintech, e-commerce or marketplaces.
● Hands-on track record with PLG tactics: onboarding optimisation, referral/loyalty loops, paywall or freemium conversions.
● Comfort with data tooling (GA4, Amplitude/posthog) and experiment frameworks (A/B, multivariate, feature flags).
● Strong copy & storytelling skills across landing pages, email, push and in-app messaging.
● Ability to steer external agencies for performance media while safeguarding CAC/LTV economics.
● Collaborative mindset—able to work tightly with Product, Design, Engineering and Community teams.
● English (B2); other trading-hub languages a plus.
● Bonus: familiarity with trading platforms, algorithmic tools or e-commerce bundling.
