Senior Business/IT Recruiter
We're growing our Talent Acquisition team and looking for a Senior Business/IT Recruiter with a strong background in tech and commercial hiring, with proven experience in the technology industry, to help us scale. In this role, you'll lead the recruitment process for critical roles across Technology, Marketing, Commercial, and Customer Success teams.
You'll partner with hiring managers, influence talent strategy, and ensure we attract and hire top-tier talent to support our rapid growth. Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end recruitment for mid, senior, and leadership roles across Technology, Business, Commercial, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical and business role requirements and define effective hiring strategies.
- Source, engage, and nurture a pipeline of top IT and commercial talent using creative and data-driven sourcing techniques.
- Conduct candidate screenings, assess both technical and cultural fit, and guide candidates through each stage of the recruitment process.
- Deliver a high-touch, professional candidate experience that reflects our brand and company values.
- Track, analyze, and report on hiring metrics and pipeline activity to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruitment experience in the tech industry, with a strong focus on Business and IT roles, ideally across regions such as MENA, LATAM, and Asia.
- Strong sourcing skills across platforms (LinkedIn, TG channels, niche job boards, etc.).
- Proven success in hiring for a range of commercial functions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Data-driven and able to report effectively on hiring progress.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Readiness to work under the pressure of strict deadlines.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
