Digital Marketplace Manager
📍 Remote / Cyprus | Full-time | cTrader Store (and additional marketplace products)
cTrader Store is a fast-growing two-sided marketplace where traders buy and sell top-tier algorithms, indicators, and plug-ins. We’re unifying our supply-side (B2B sellers & affiliates) and demand-side (B2C traders) growth engines under one decisive, data-driven leader — a Digital Marketplace Manager who can own the full funnel from seller acquisition to trader retention.
🚀 Your Mission
Grow the marketplace’s inventory and its active user base so that supply, demand, and revenue scale in lock-step. You’ll blend B2B partnership building with performance-oriented product marketing, backed by rigorous analytics and community-led tactics.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, outreach, and onboard new sellers, IBs, brokers, and affiliate partners. Craft and execute custom incentive / loyalty programs that keep suppliers engaged. Manage CRM pipelines and email automation for partner nurturing and upsells. Represent the brand at industry events and in niche trading communities.
- Lead acquisition. Design onboarding, retention, and re-activation flows (email / push / in-app). Drive Product-Led Growth (PLG) experiments to boost adoption and feature usage. Optimize funnels and unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback).
- Grow engaged communities on Reddit, Discord, Telegram, Quora, and forums. Activate power users and partners as advocates and content creators.
- Segment cohorts, run A/B tests, and surface actionable insights in GA, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar. Report weekly on KPIs for both sides of the marketplace, highlighting risks and wins.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering to launch campaigns, promos, and new features. Scale paid channels as ROI targets are hit.
Requirements
- Hands-on builder comfortable switching between strategic planning and tactical execution.
- 2-5 yrs combined experience in marketplaces / fintech / SaaS / gaming, covering both B2B partner acquisition and B2C growth.
- Proven track record in outreach, closing, and nurturing business partners — plus performance marketing across multiple channels.
- Fluency in lifecycle marketing, PLG tactics, and retention modeling.
- Data-driven mindset: cohort analysis, GA / Amplitude / Mixpanel, SQL or BI basics.
- Strong community-growth instincts (Reddit, Discord, niche forums).
- English B2+ / C1 written & spoken (additional languages in trading hubs are a plus).
- Willingness to travel to key industry events when needed.
