Senior Technical Writer

Spotware Systems Ltd is looking for a Senior Technical Writer to join our growing Content & Education Team. Our ideal candidate is a skilled and detail-oriented writer who can engage with software ecosystem solutions, identify clear user flows and relay them to B2C and B2B clients in simple yet captivating terms.

Responsibilities:

• Creating high-quality instructional content, including user guides and step-by-step how-tos, supported with relevant UI snapshots.
• Writing broader B2B and B2C materials, including product-based white papers, brochures, case studies and presentations.
• Producing materials for video tutorials that showcase product features (scripts, instructions for videographers and raw footage captured from the UI).
• Crafting comprehensive and accurate release notes. 
• Managing documentation versions and ensuring consistency in terminology across all materials.
• Employing AI tools to streamline documentation workflows and accelerate content generation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in creating comprehensive instructional content related to technology and finance.
• Proven experience in crafting product-focused B2B and B2C materials.
• Excellent writing skills along with profound knowledge of English grammar and procedural style.
• Competence in working with version control systems and the “docs-as-code” approach. 
• University degree in Information Design, Computer Science or any related field.
• Ability to integrate AI tools into daily workflows for enhanced productivity, quality and content delivery.
