Finance & Accounting Officer
Spotware Systems is looking for a Finance & Accounting Officer to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting entries and financial records
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor account balances
- Liaise with banks regarding transactions, transfers, and statements
- Assist in preparing monthly reports and financial summaries
- Support the finance team in audits and compliance procedures
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all financial operations
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or banking
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
- Familiar with online banking platforms and reconciliations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
- Good command of Greek — for communication with local banks and authorities
