Business Development Manager(Liquidity)
Spotware Systems is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Sales team. This role is designed for an English speaker who will be relocated to Cyprus (European Union).
The Business Development Manager is responsible for prospecting sales and qualifying leads for new and existing accounts. The new hire will be part of the Sales Team and needs to be naturally curious, experienced, results-driven, and eager to bring our product/services to new markets.
Responsibilities
- Proactive Lead generation and sales prospecting to encourage the purchase of the company’s products and services using both company and personal channels.
- Targeted outbound and inbound sales effort to senior business decision makers
- Advance the most relevant opportunities in the sales funnel and build a prospective pipeline.
- Qualify new leads (Retail Brokers, Prop Firms, etc.) proactively utilising different sales techniques.
- Managing current accounts and creating brand awareness, educational opportunities, and referrals.
- Coordinating in-person meetings and calls between clients and the company.
- Answering calls and emails from clients, identifying issues, and making suggestions for future or new products or services.
- Optimise revenue in partnership with the Head of Sales and Liquidity Department.
Requirements
- Experience in Institutional Sales (Liquidity) is required.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Personal connections and strong network in our industry.
- Experience as a Dealer Broker would be a plus.
- Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts).
- Ability to travel if required at industry Events / Expo’s to represent Spotware Systems.
- Fluent in English. Knowledge of other languages would be a plus.
