This was the event we’ve all been waiting for! The cTrader Padel League debut exceeded our already high expectations, delivering an unforgettable mix of high-energy matches and top-tier networking. Held at Padel Syndicate in Limassol, this highly anticipated event brought together brokers, partners and key players from the trading industry to compete, connect and celebrate the spirit of the game. From intense rallies to post-match camaraderie, the day was packed with action, excitement and valuable industry interactions.
A Thrilling Start to the League
From the very first serve, the energy on the court was palpable. The competition followed the Americano format, where players rotated partners after each match, allowing everyone to play alongside different teammates and earn individual points. This dynamic style ensured engaging and evenly matched games, making for a thrilling experience regardless of skill level. Each match was fast-paced and full of exciting rallies, as participants battled for valuable leaderboard points that will contribute to their rankings leading up to the Grand Finale in July.
Leaderboard Standings - The Race to the Top!
The competition was fierce, and the leaderboard is already taking shape! Leading the way after the first event are Antreas (FunderPro), Marios (LP Prime) and our very own David (Spotware), who showcased impressive skill, strategic play and steely determination throughout the matches. Their strong performances have earned them valuable points as they set their sights on the Grand Finale in July. With plenty of matches still to come, the rankings are bound to shift, so stay tuned as the battle for the top spot continues!
More Than Just a Game
Beyond the court, the event lived up to its promise of bringing the forex community together. After the matches, players and attendees gathered in the dedicated lounge area to unwind, share experiences and connect over refreshments. Lively discussions sparked new ideas, with professionals exchanging insights on market trends, new technology and industry developments. The relaxed atmosphere encouraged meaningful conversations, strengthening existing relationships and paving the way for new collaborations that will extend well beyond the padel court.
