Finance & Accounting Officer
Spotware Systems is looking for a motivated Junior/Mid-Level Accountant to join our finance team. This role is a great fit for someone who already has some experience in accounting and wants to continue growing in a supportive and professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor account balances.
- Communicate with banks regarding transactions, transfers, and statements.
- Assist in preparing monthly reports and financial summaries.
- Support the finance team during audits and compliance procedures.
- Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation in all financial operations.
Yêu cầu
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or banking
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
- Familiar with online banking platforms and reconciliations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
- Good command of Greek — for communication with local banks and authorities
