Ilia has been achieving results in the fintech industry for more than 15 years, both in brokerages and IT companies. He has delivered over 20 impactful projects of various kinds: partner programmes and social-trading systems, bonus rewards and trading tournaments, integrations of payment service providers, performance metrics and others. In 2017, Ilia joined Spotware to manage the development of a new cTrader product that is currently one of the best solutions on the market for social trading. Now, Ilia is at the head of the company as the CEO. Not only does he architect and promote the trading platform, he also inspires the company’s employees to achieve great results.
Aleksandr is the CIO at Spotware, playing a key role in shaping and implementing the company's IT strategy. He is responsible for developing the IT strategy and defining long-term goals in information technology that support the business strategy. He manages the IT infrastructure, ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of the systems, including server and network equipment. One of the key tasks is optimising business processes through automation to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Significant attention is paid to cybersecurity, including measures to protect data and ensure information security. Aleksandr leads an international department, building self-organising teams and nurturing talents. He participates in budgeting, optimises IT costs and negotiates better terms with suppliers. With over 15 years of experience, he has implemented large-scale projects, including fault-tolerant clusters and information security systems. His management approach is focused on continuous IT infrastructure improvement and innovation support.
With 20 years of professional experience, Roman leads global marketing operations at Spotware, combining fintech innovation with strategic marketing expertise. He builds and leads a highly cost-effective marketing team that drives market expansion through AI-powered, data-driven strategies. His leadership is focused on executing measurable growth plans and implementing cutting-edge marketing solutions. As CMO at a global FX & CFD brokerage firm before joining Spotware, Roman delivered sustained business growth, successfully expanded into Southeast Asian markets, implemented AI solutions in content marketing and optimised performance marketing with measurable ROAS improvements. His strategic career transition into fintech in 2022 was supported by completing a Master's degree programme in Technological Entrepreneurship designed to bridge IT and marketing.
Yiota Hadjilouka has built a solid career in fintech and operations management, gaining experience across brokerage firms, financial services and IT companies. With a focus on customer success and operational strategy, Yiota leads the Customer Success team at Spotware, helping brokers and prop firms make the most of the cTrader platform while building lasting relationships. The Customer Success team provides consultative support, resolves client enquiries and gathers feedback to improve products and services. Efforts are centred on shaping customer success strategies, maximising client engagement and retention, and providing strategic guidance and education through regular meetings, training programmes and webinars. By fostering a culture of proactive engagement and continuous improvement, the team plays an important role in supporting Spotware’s clients and contributing to the company’s growth.
Margarita brings over 13 years of international HR experience to Spotware, including more than 7 years in HR Director roles at leading IT companies. At Spotware, she leads a full spectrum of HR operations from talent acquisition to strategic workforce planning, aligning HR initiatives with business goals and driving organisational growth. Since joining Spotware, Margarita has scaled the team by 50% and led the transition to a new HRM system, significantly improving operational efficiency. Her deep understanding of the fintech and IT landscapes enables her to build strong, people-centric cultures and support global expansion efforts. Outside the office, Margarita is passionate about career coaching and business psychology. Margarita’s leadership style blends strategic thinking with genuine care for people, making her a driving force in shaping a culture of trust, performance and growth at Spotware.
Prior to starting Spotware, Andrey spent over 10 years at NatWest, Citi and EBRD. He then became an entrepreneur, specialising in fintech and trading solutions. Andrey has made several successful exits in the fund management, hosting and liquidity aggregation sectors. In 2010, he founded Spotware. During this time, he devoted 100% of his time to Spotware and cTrader, the two brands he has always been passionate about. Andrey built cTrader to fill a gap in the market for a trader-focused, STP trading platform instead of numerous workarounds for the legacy product that dominated the market. Today, cTrader is the most current and complete online trading platform available to banks, brokers and exchanges.
