Head of Sales (Asia)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Sales Asia to drive the growth and presence of our cTrader product across Asia. This role involves managing and building a team of sales managers, representing the company at industry events, developing new markets, and ensuring the effective promotion and sale of cTrader to institutional clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets and expand our client base in Asia.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of remote regional sales managers.
- Provide ongoing training and support to ensure the team is well-versed in the cTrader product and sales strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and guidance to ensure high levels of productivity and success.
- Drive the growth and presence of cTrader in the assigned (Asia) region.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions and events, showcasing cTrader and networking with key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand market trends.
- Lead the development of new markets and regions, establishing a strong foothold for the company in these areas.
- Engage with institutional clients to understand their needs and promote the value of cTrader.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, with mandatory experience in the fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of trading platforms and financial markets.
- Demonstrated success in managing and developing a sales team.
- Experience in representing a company at industry events and exhibitions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently as required.
