Head of DevOps / Senior DevOps Engineer
We are looking for a visionary Head of DevOps to lead our infrastructure, automation, and deployment strategies.
This is a high-impact role focused on shaping processes, enabling teams, and ensuring our systems are secure, scalable, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the strategic DevOps roadmap, aligning initiatives with business goals.
- Lead CI/CD modernization, ensuring automation, speed, and quality in software delivery.
- Architect and oversee containerization strategies (Kubernetes, Docker) at scale.
- Champion Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) and standardize automation practices.
- Integrate security, compliance, and quality gates into the delivery pipeline.
- Manage artifact lifecycle and supply chain security.
- Establish disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
- Oversee system reliability, scalability, and performance improvements.
- Drive adoption of innovative DevOps tooling and practices.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Dev, QA, Ops, and Security teams to ensure delivery excellence.
Leadership & Management:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
- Manage distributed teams and ensure effective collaboration.
- Oversee budgeting, cost optimization, and resource planning for infrastructure.
- Implement governance and change management practices.
- Define and track metrics that link technical improvements to business outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a senior DevOps or Head of DevOps role.
- Expertise in CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitLab CI or similar).
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Cloud experience (AWS) and virtualization (vSphere).
- Scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash).
- Experience integrating security into DevOps workflows.
- Understanding of monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
Knowledge of backup, recovery, and DR solutions.
