Billing & Finance Manager

Spotware Systems is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Billing & Finance Manager to oversee all aspects of billing operations, financial planning, and accounting oversight. This role combines hands-on involvement in invoicing with broader responsibility for financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end billing processes and ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
• Analyze and reconcile customer accounts.
• Maintain client records related to invoicing and bill payments.
• Oversee payroll execution in coordination with internal teams and external partners.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, and budget summaries.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and internal controls.
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or anything related.
• At least 3 years of experience in Finance or Billing management.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills. 
• Fluency in English and Greek.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrencies will be a plus.
