Junior Sales Development Representative

Spotware Systems is looking for a highly motivated Junior Sales Development Representative eager to develop sales skills and join a team of highly professional peers.

The SDR team is the engine for the outbound function. SDRs will drive the top of the funnel by conducting the initial outreach via telephone, email, and social media to create opportunities for the Senior Sales team.

We are looking for energetic individuals who would like to pursue their career in Sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Registration of the account in special services
  • Finding potential leads
  • Connecting with as many leads as possible through various channels (e.g. phone calls, emails, social media, etc.)
  • Educating leads about a company, its products, and services
  • If necessary, provide support when registering in our service
  • Qualifying leads
  • Moving leads through the sales pipeline and passing them over to sales reps to close deals
  • If necessary, provide support when registering in our service
