Client Support Manager (Chinese)
Spotware Systems Ltd is looking for a Client Support Manager to join our team and deal with our Chinese clients.
Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with company’s clients
- Executing the on-boarding of new clients
- Collaborating with internal teams to address clients’ business needs
- Ensuring both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
- Advising clients on creating profitable processes
- Promoting new features and add-ons to existing clients
- Updating clients’ integration status in the database
Requirements:
- University degree
- At least 2 years of experience in the customer success field
- Excellent command of English and Chinese
- Experience of working in the finance sector
- Experience dealing with trading platforms
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
