Tech Lead (Rust)
Spotware Systems is expanding and looking for experienced Tech Lead with deep knowledge and experience at Rust.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the company’s new product
- Identifying bottlenecks, bugs and advise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
- Designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable and reliable code
- Covering code with unit tests
- Participating in code review for team members
- Participating in technical meetings with team members to improve code design and code conventions
- Interacting with DevOps team to improve development and deployment processes
- Working close with the QA team to support high application quality and improve test automation
Requirements:
- BSc degree in Computer Science or any related field
- At least 5 years of programming experience with Rust and C++
- Experience with cross-platform programming
- Experience in the Fintech sector will be a plus
- Knowledge of the English language
