Marketing Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the delivery of business initiatives within the marketing, design, community, and content teams
  • Effectively managing multiple projects at the same time and delivering the business objectives within pre-set management timeframes
  • Define the project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
  • Reporting and escalating various situations to management when needed
  • Performing risk management and assessment to minimize project risks
  • Develop and implement approved plans and strategies for marketing projects in a detailed and organized manner 
  • Implement a clear roadmap, workflow, and timeline to manage project progress with a strong understanding of priority  
  • Ensure smooth execution of projects, able to deliver projects within time, scope, and budget 
  • Use appropriate systems, tools, and techniques to track, drive and report implementation status, performance, and result 
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation  
  • Work closely with tech and business team to align business and requirements to deliver a marketable product 
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects 
  • Coordinate with the product team to support marketing plan, content & design development, and digital marketing execution  
  • Conduct industrial market research, monitor and analyze industry trends on market intelligence 

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing marketing projects spanning multiple departments and business areas utilizing a range of methodologies
  • Excellent command of English, both oral and written
  • Knowledge in expo and events management will be considered an advantage 
  • Knowledge in content marketing and digital marketing, experience in data reporting and analysis 
  • Excellent internal communication, written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills 
  • Accountability for release planning, management or project timelines, scope, and projects milestones
  • Responsibility for product release coordination, maintaining project plans, schedules, issue lists, status reports, meeting stakeholder agendas
  • Understanding fundamental management methods behind scalable businesses
