Spotware Systems is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will attract and hire top talent to support our company's mission and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Owning the end-to-end hiring process, including screening and interviewing applicants, extending offers, and managing the candidate experience.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.
- Utilizing various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks to source candidates.
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the Fintech industry.
- Familiarity with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and HR databases.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent command of English.
