Marketing Specialist

Spotware is looking  for a Marketing Specialist to join our team in our Limassol office.

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible to drive our brand’s social media by being  up to date with the latest social media trends and channels, as well as be able to think creatively when developing new strategies to reach our target audience, and increase their engagement with our brand.

As part of the Marketing Team, the Social Media Marketing Specialist  will work closely with content writers and designers to provide a clear vision and detailed briefs for the company’s social media strategy.

 

Responsibilities:

• Build and grow our brand identity across all social media platforms
• Create various types of content with the Content Team
• Posts / schedules content across the Company’s Social Media Channels
• Implement a cross-channel social marketing plan based on specific targeted strategies to build brand awareness, generate engagement, traffic and conversion
• Ensure consistent communication across all channels and builds a sense of community whilst driving engagement up to meet specific KPIs / targets on a monthly / quarterly basis
• Develop creative and engaging social media strategies to deliver social media optimization (SMO)
• Stay up to date with social media trends and trends of industry-related topics
• Follow up and evaluate Social Media Calendar
• Create weekly / monthly reports to keep up to date with social media statistics and coverage

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Media or Communications
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Financial Industry
• Excellent command of the spoken/written English language.
• Good communication skills & eye for detail
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment
• Any additional proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist / Coordinator will be considered an advantage
