Junior Sales Development Representative

Spotware is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team in our Cyprus office. 

The ideal candidate is someone with high energy, a curiosity about the industry, and tenacity. This person will bring new ideas, think outside the box, have a deep passion for the role and create ways to attain new accounts.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Generate lead flow - Prospect new sales leads by making a personalised initial email or social network contact. Connect with as many leads as possible to encourage collaboration, build databases and relationships
  • Manage current accounts – Stay in close contact with existing accounts or leads and create brand awareness, educational opportunities, and request referrals.

Requirements:

  • Some experience with sales techniques an added plus 
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Outstanding communication, social and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships
  • Have a keen eye for identifying opportunities with our target clients and pursuing them with passion
  • Be proactive, results-driven, and have the ability to make things happen
