Business/System Analyst
Spotware Systems is looking for an experienced Business/System Analyst to join our office in Limassol. The right person will be fully involved in the product development with a deep understanding of Brokerage activity and business needs, who will be ready to become a part of our highly professional team.
Responsibilities:
- Collecting, analyzing, formalizing the system requirements for the Company's systems.
- Developing the project documentations (technical specifications, regulations, instructions and business requirements).
- Interacting with customers and developers on the subject of best implementation of functionalities.
- Analyzing the progress, reporting and optimizing development performance.
- Preparing the function acceptance criteria.
- Participating in the process of implementation and system maintenance.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Deep understanding of Forex, Payments or Technology industries.
- Fluency in Russian and B1+ in English language.
- Agile and hands-on experience.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Strong problem solving skills.
